- Kidcosmic - A wholesale mid-sized clothing business located in downtown Los Angeles. Over the years I have assisted this business with the initial setting up of their computers to upgrades and repairs. The business consists of an Apple G4, PC running Windows XP, and an Apple iBook. Wireless router was setup and configured to have wireless encryption and password to log on to the network. PC and Apple were configured to communicate, file share, and printer share within the office. iBook was also setup to do the same. Upgrade of memory (RAM), network cards, monitors, peripherals, and more was done. Software, operating system upgrades for both Apple and PC, spyware, adware, and virus removal, as well as data backup to external media source.
